These terms govern use of the Alchemy Technologies website at alchemytechnologies.io. They do not replace a signed statement of work or master services agreement for consulting engagements.
Website use
You may browse this site for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit spam through the contact form, or misuse any booking or inquiry tools.
No professional advice from browsing alone
Content on this website — including blog posts, service descriptions, and case studies — is for general information. It is not a substitute for a scoped engagement, architecture review, or legal/compliance advice tailored to your environment.
Inquiries and scheduling
Submitting the contact form or booking a Calendly slot requests a conversation; it does not create a consulting contract. We respond to serious business inquiries as capacity allows, typically within one business day.
Consulting services
Paid AWS consulting, migration, managed services, security, AI/ML, or end-user computing work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, SOW, or MSA) that defines scope, fees, confidentiality, and liability.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and branding are owned by Alchemy Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Client work product ownership is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every article remains current with AWS feature changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy Technologies is not liable for damages arising solely from use of this website.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the website is in state or federal courts located in Maine.
